1) Programme overview
It includes clutch shell, main shell sub assembly line, shafting sub assembly line, differential sub assembly line, upper cover sub assembly line, main assembly line and test line. It is equipped with core equipment such as measuring machine, servo press assembly, shafting automatic box entry, full-automatic box closing and tightening, leakage test and visual detection, and is integrated with high intelligent MES manufacturing execution system.
2) Technical features
◆ the whole line adopts the world-famous Kistler / promess high-precision servo press fitting technology, the absolute value encoder feeds back the displacement value, and the high-precision piezoelectric pressure sensor feeds back the press fitting force value, so as to effectively ensure the press fitting accuracy and prevent the deformation of thin-wall aluminum castings;
◆ today's advanced complex multi-functional robot work Island integration technology, which combines the input shaft assembly, output shaft assembly, differential assembly, shift fork shaft and oil pipe and installs them into the transmission housing;
◆ use photoelectric sensor, optical fiber sensor, proximity sensor, reclaiming sensor, visual sensor and other intelligent sensors to judge and cooperate with PLC program to detect the wrong and missing assembly system of parts through specific error prevention methods;
MES and andon systems are provided to allocate production resources and monitor the process, material management information flow and equipment status information flow of the whole manufacturing system in real time through the functional modules such as gearbox production plan distribution, material management, production document control, production information collection and whole line operation status monitoring; Automatically arrange the production plan according to the order, realize the mixed flow production of multiple varieties and any order, realize the programmed, digital and remote control of the production process control, and intelligently diagnose and alarm the operation status of the assembly line equipment.
